Bremen Coffee Open is a collaborative coffee initiative bringing together 15 of Bremen’s most beloved cafés during Breminale 2026, the city’s largest riverside festival. Across five days and three locations, all participating cafés operated as one collective, sharing revenue to ensure fairness regardless of weather or stand location. Fuelled exclusively by a custom festival roast, the project celebrated collaboration over competition—strengthening Bremen’s coffee community while keeping thousands of festival visitors caffeinated.
